Upstairs day

So today Lav and I hit the upper floor pretty hard, brought most of the packed stuff down into a large pile (pics after the break) and kept painting the orchid stripe. I loved having that thing there, but man oh man is it vibrant. Its taking some arbitrary number of coats to get it all covered and re-primed, some spots need 4 some need 3, etc. We're also not exactly master painters so I'm sure that's playing a part.


At this point most of our clothing is packed away as well, we picked out 4 sets of clothing to keep un-spacebagged (plus what we were wearing) and thats going with us, but the rest is in a box with our other linens.

We also disassembled lav's work area table ( Thanks dad for making that awesome feature! ) and brought it down. Upstairs is starting to look pretty boring, which in this case, is good.
